Product Launch: EWM Smart Data Import Tool

What is the Smart Data Import Tool and how does it work?

Marco: “The Smart Data Import Tool, developed by EWM, is designed to streamline the process of integrating data on to our platform. It is a revolutionary solution for effortless data integration. Simply set up your transformation rules once, and our system will store and catalog them for repeated use, ensuring a seamless and efficient data implementation process.”

What are the benefits of utilizing the Smart Data Import Tool over traditional data import methods?

Marco: “The Smart Data Import Tool ensures consistency and accuracy by defining, storing, and reusing transformation rules that can be updated and enhanced over time. This leads to substantial efficiency gains, particularly when managing large volumes of data in long-term projects. Its user-friendly interface enables non-technical users to manage data transformations, reducing dependency on specialized staff, while simplifying data integration. Automated validation features detect and flag invalid data early, cutting down on troubleshooting time and significantly reducing the effort required for implementation.“

What has been the impact following the introduction of the tool?

Marco: “Smart Data Import has really revolutionized the way in which we interact with client data at EWM. We have seen numerous cases of over 70% reduction in manual effort required to transform and load data across the lifecycle of a plan, from Annual Award Grant loads to Monthly Carry Transactions. Utilizing the tool extensively has allowed clients to focus primarily on handling the tricky exceptions, not manually transposing data from one format to another.”

Enhancements include automatic document generation plus e-signature, reducing risk and saving time

EWM Global, a fintech provider of executive compensation administration services, has launched new enhancements to its compensation plan management platform. Building on the enhanced user experience unveiled in early 2019, this release delivers new integrated electronic document generation and e-signature functionality to its administration and executive users.

EWM Global administration clients will now be able to execute contracts within the platform; enabling them to draw up, issue and track new documents, while executive users will be able to review and electronically sign them via DocuSign. This removes risk in the creation and sharing of confidential information and reduces wasted time in manually producing and targeting personalized legal and tax documents. The new online process also provides a full audit trail of the process and far greater visibility on the status of each document or agreement.
