A dedicated Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for the client and will liaise with client stakeholders both during implementation and on an ongoing basis.

Client Request Tracking
EWM Global utilizes an online request management tool to track requests for communications, transaction, system enhancements, ad hoc data changes, providing a clear audit trail and issues statistics reporting regarding all client requests.
