As part of the founding team, Wolfgang has played a paramount role in guiding the organization, initially as CFO/COO, from a startup to a leading FinTech provider of cloud based platform services for the Financial Services industry. Since 2009, Wolfgang is responsible for leading the company as CEO in its mission to promote the digitization of Executive Incentive Reward Plan Administration for our global client base. He also serves on EWM Global’s Board of Directors.

Nimesh joined EWM Global in 2005 to lead the organization’s IT Security and Infrastructure team, laying the foundations for the firm’s robust and highly secure platform. In addition, he became instrumental in developing EWM Global’s product offerings, undertaking several product management roles. Today, he is our CTO, leveraging market-leading technology to ensure that the EWM Global platform remains well positioned to support our exciting growth path.

Rebecca has been with EWM Global since 2002, when the firm was still in its start-up phase. Having worked across multiple business areas within EWM Global, she now oversees all operational aspects of the business. Rebecca is driving the digital transformation of systems and processes to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency in order to support the company’s rapid growth.

Riyaz joined the EWM Global team in 2009. As Global Head of Marketing and Sales, Riyaz drives the organization’s business development and client generation strategy worldwide. He also oversees the Firm’s Marketing efforts with a keen focus on raising EWM Global’s brand recognition. He has extensive experience across the organization and, notably, played an important role in shaping EWM Global’s Product and Service offering as the former Head of Product Development.

Domenic joined EWM Global in 2008. He has gained extensive industry knowledge and experience throughout his tenure at EWM Global transitioning from IT Project Management to Head the area of Data Management. In his current role, Domenic is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of data quality and System performance. He also continues to play a major role in the development of key client-facing Reporting and Analytics Capabilities.

Raoul is a Regional Director in the Americas for EWM Global. He is responsible for Business Development and nurturing client relationships with Private Capital Firms, Global Banks and Asset Managers with a focus on the North East Region of North America. He brings close to 20 years of experience in the Executive Compensation and Benefits space. Prior to joining EWM Global, he served as Senior Vice President in the field of Consulting at Prudential Financial, and as the National Practice Leader for Executive Compensation Plans at UBS Wealth Management in the Americas.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Economics from Denison University
Dave is a Regional Director in the Americas for EWM Global. He is responsible for Business Development and nurturing client relationships with Private Capital Firms, Global Banks and Asset Managers with a focus on the Central and Western Regions of North America. He brings a wealth of experience in Private Equity and Fund Administration Services from his past roles at FIS Investran and Vistra.

Simon is a Regional Director in the UK and European markets. He is responsible for Business Development and nurturing client relationships with Private Capital Firms, Global Banks and Asset Managers across the EMEA Region. Simon joined EWM Global in 2015 as a Client Relationship Manager, and previously worked for 10 years at Morgan McKinley in Financial Services recruitment. He has a strong understanding of the industry and is passionate about providing solutions to address the key challenges associated with Incentive Award Plan administration.

Roger is a Regional Director in the UK and European markets. He is responsible for Business Development and nurturing client relationships with Private Capital Firms, Global Banks and Asset Managers across the EMEA Region. Roger has over 20 years Business Development and Sales experience with a particular focus on the Financial Services industry. He has been instrumental in helping build businesses, teams and new product offerings from the ground up. His passion for the entrepreneurial and ever-changing world of FinTech evolved whilst working as a Partner of a fast growth start-up in the Financial Services Industry.
