On November 12th, at the CFO/COO Private Debt New York Conference, our Managing Director, Tom Pittman, will be moderating a panel about Understanding Carried Interest and Remunerations in Today’s Market. He will be joined by Kevin Richardson, Finance Director at Bregal Sagemount, and Christian Hinze, COO at StepStone Group in his discussion about ways to enhance the value of carry to partners, what GPs are doing to ensure greater transparency with respect to incentives, and what the best practices are for mitigating clawback risks in unstable markets.
In addition, at the CFO/COO Private Equity New York Conference, EWM Global Regional Director, John Marion, will be moderating a panel about Succession Planning and Business Continuity. John will lead this discussion about how succession plans are changing as we enter these uncertain times, what firms are doing that manage succession well, how firm leaders ensure younger partners can successfully transition to become future leaders, and how firms can allocate capital if they need to buyout senior partners.
