The team at EWM Global is excited to be attending and presenting a workshop at the upcoming Private Equity International CFO & COO Forum, taking place in New York this week.

The title of this year’s event is Redefining the private equity CFO & COO role, a highly apt theme given the ever-evolving landscape for these functions.

Since the GP incentive lifecycle is at the heart of what we do here at EWM Global, we are especially looking forward to hearing attendees’ views on how developments in waterfall calculation and carried interest plan admin are reshaping part of their function, as well as the key pain points they are facing.

Not only will we reflect on how the CFO and COO functions have changed in recent years, but we also look forward to engaging with these executives on how they think their roles will continue to change in the near future.

EWM Global is presenting Workshop C to discuss “Waterfall calculations and carried interest allocations” on Thursday, January 23 at 12:25. Our Chief Marketing Officer, Tom Pittman, will be sharing insights into waterfall calculations, the best practices we’ve identified in the past 20 years, and how we see best practices shifting as we move forward.
